Are you in any : Pain? If not, you don't necessarily have to do anything. Time heals all wounds.

Give it time: Some contusions can hurt a while, but since you are in a splint i will assume you have received care. Time should resolve it, but let your doctor know if the pain persists- it might mean you did more than bruise the foot.
