A member asked:

Can ferrous sulfate help your iron?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Ankush Bansal answered

Yes: Ferrous sulfate is iron so if your iron levels are low (measured by a few blood tests), supplemental iron like ferrous sulfate will correct that.
