Normal: The elements you describe are normal elements in a gyn cytology exam. Negative hpv lessens the risk of dysplasia. Abnormal diagnosis would include atypical squamous or squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.

HPV: A pap smear should comment on adequacy, presence or absence of endocervical cells, presence or absence of a squamous or adenomatous lesion. Hpv testing is separate. Your result is normal.
