Possible STD or..: I don't want to alarm you, but your description is a bit concerning for std/pelvic inflammatory disease, or endometritis (infection of uterus). A yeast infection (candida vaginitis) can cause thick/white discharge but often with itching, not pain. I suggest consulting doc for eval/treatment asap because std/pelvic inflammatory disease can result in infertility etc... Good luck.
