Needs IVF or surgery: You can get pregnant with either in vitro fertilization (ivf) to bypass your tubes, or a surgical tubal ligation reversal. See a specialist (reproductive endocrinogy / infertility or rei md) who offers both options to assess your individual situation. We check your partner's sperm (semen analysis) even if he's the father of your kids, and check your egg supply as you're 10 years older than before.

Yes: The simplest way to proceed is to do in vitro fertilization (ivf) which will bypass the tubes. There is also the option of tubal reversal but the former is the preferred method by most reproductive endocrinologists, including myself.
