Rocephin (ceftriaxone) or tetracyc: You need to be checked out for drug resistant gonorrhea or chlamydia infection. The gonorrhea would be treated with intrramuscular rocephin(ceftriaxone). Chlymidia would be treated with tetracycline or doxycycline.
