Dehydration: Hind milk is the rich milk that comes after most of the milk is expressed out of the breast. It's high in essential fats and proteins. There isn't that much of it, and it's very thick. If a child is healthy and well hydrated, it's probably not too bad, but the optimal way to feed is to have them drink the regular breast milk and make sure they get hind milk, not just all hind milk.
