Endometrial disease: Endometrial hyperplasia (there are 4 main types) is a precursor of the most common type of endometrial cancer (endometrioid adenocarcinoma). Depending upon her age, type of hyperplasia and fertility desires, she can be treated with Progesterone (pills, shots or iud) or by a hysterectomy.
