Most likely OK..: Tergynan contains 3 meds: metronidazole, neomycin, and nystatin: i assume you are using it vaginally for vaginitis. The rule of thumb is to resume the next dose of medicine as soon as you missed it. U missed 3 days, but can't go back, so next best thing is restart asap. Monitor your symptoms, if resolved by end of treatment=good. If not, re-consult doc. Congrats on you pregnancy. Good luck.
