Amenorrhea: Annovulatory cycles from hormonal shifts due to stress can cause abnormally irregular periods. Check a first AM urine home pregnancy test in another week, just in case of a false negative and ask your physician for prenatal vitamins. OTC vitamins usually don't have the 1 mg daily folic acid needed to prevent neural tube abnormalities. Your physician can check prolactin, thyroid hormones as well.
