Citalopram: Paxil (paroxetine) and zoloft are listed safe. All other ssris, there is not enough evidence to say so. One would think if two ssris are safe, the rest would....But not all safety issues follow drug classes. Would weigh the risk and benefit of being on citalopram vs. Off.
