I have bursitis , costochondritis and diabetic nueropathy . im on tramadoler300, 1 per day, gabapentine 300 1 per day , advil & tylenol (acetaminophen). good meds?

People with diabetes can also have certai n mu sculoskeletal problems we call diabetic cheiroarthropathy. Your dose of Gabapentin is low and could be increased or switched to Lyrica (pregabalin) depending on your insurance.

Ok: As directed by a physician, these seem fairly reasonable choices although its not clear what the tramadol is for. Further, the Gabapentin is typically dosed three times daily. Anti-inflammatories typically help costochondritis.
