See a Doctor: You need to see an ear nose and throat doctor or oral surgeon. This is a lot of things going on on the right side of your head. You might start with a general medical workup. You will probably need x-rays, ct scan or MRI of the brain and a good head and neck examination. I wouldn't wait on getting to a doctor. This doesn't sound like a common type of headache.

See your MD and DDS: The headaches and pain on one side of your face and ear may be temporal mandibular sydrome (tmj also know as tmd). There is a delicate balance between the muscles and ligaments that control the movement of the lower jaw, and the teeth. If that balance is disturbed it can cause many different symptoms that one might not associate with the teeth. However, I have never heard of choking
