Just use common sense, how likely it would be that differin (adapalene) being absorbed through skin and causing systemic (side) effect? None ever reported.

Debate: Clindamycin should be fine. Differin, (adapalene) a retinoid, is not advised. There is some debate but you should avoid retinoids.
