Yes,to be concerned.: It is menorrahgia if not related to pregnancy.Please visit your pcp/get referred to a gynaecologist , to get regularization of periods after r/o pregnancy and prolonged beed from retained preg. Products of concept. R/o hormonal imbalan. Includ. Ovarian, adrenal thyroid(prolactin, piuitary)disturbances. Also need pelvic exam to get r/o any cysts/tumors of ovary, fibroids of uterus, endometrial polyp.
