Is popping my neck and jaw bad?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Brijesh Chandwani

Could be bad: Although jaw popping is considered benign, deliberate popping of the jaw can lead to pain or locking of the jaw. Neck popping can possibly lead to arthritis but it is less likely.
