Headaches?: Spasms of the facial muscles can be due to a few reasons such as muscle dysfunction or a neurological problem. It can also be due to headaches. Consult a neurologist or a headache physician.

Hemifacial spasm: If the spasms involve only one side of the face, this is likely hemifacial spasm. If the spasm occurs on both sides around the eyes primarily, this is likely blepharospasm. You may need have a MRI of your head if this is new onset hemifacial spasm.
