Possible and likely.: Long term untreated chlamydia can cause problems with fertility. The infertility rate is estimated to be about 15-20% in those who develop pelvic inflammatory disease.

Maybe: Std like chlamydia can cause infection of the tubes and cause blockage. However, this doesn't happen in every woman who gets chlamydia so you may be able to get pregnant.
