Depends: That depends on the size, location, and number of polyps. There are several things you can try, which includes twice a day, salt water saline lavage, antihistamines, decongestants, inhaled nasal spray etc. But you need to see doc and ENT specialist and further work to make sure they are not blocking your sinuses by doing endoscopy.
