Could be many causes: Are you getting enough restful sleep at night? Are you eating regular healthy meals and drinking enough water? How is your stress level? Do you have other stresses- work, family, relationships, depression, etc? Do you get enough fresh air and exercise? All of these things can contribute to your overall well-being, which affects your fatigue level. See your doctor if is persisting.
