Sure: Missing even 2 pills can lead to a pregnancy. Generally if you miss pills bleeding will start as it has for you. This can be associated with cramps. Use a back up method like condoms for at least two weeks and start your next pack soon. Verify you are not pregnant with a pregnancy test now and repeat in 2 weeks.
