Biopsy and ?Xray-u/s: Blood test may not be able to tell much, but a biopsy can. You may need a chest xray (possibly a ct of chest/neck as well) and likelly a thyroid ultrasound (u/s). You may need to biopsy of both lumps. Consult doc for further evaluation. Good luck and i wish you well.
