Lipoma: Hi, little fatty bumps that are mobile under the skin may be benign masses called lipomas. These are noncancerous fatty tumors that can be surgically removed.

Probably lipoma: The most common causes for discrete mobile lumps below the skin are lipomas which are benign fatty masses or cysts. They usually dont have to be removed unless they are bothering you or are growing in size. You should be examined by a doctor before the diagnosis can be confirmed.
