Still normal: Were you fasting and may be dehydrated when you had the blood drawn as dehydration can raise rbc count and hemoglobin..Even if you were not dehydrated, this level of rbc count is normal.

Got blood test a month ago in three different places on arm. Started getting small red pimple at the site where blood was drawn. Doesnt hurt or itch. ?
On my blood test is says nucleated red blood cells minus 0.03 . I have been told even small amounts shouldnt be there but its come up on three consecutive tests ? Doc not mentioned anything ?
5 months post Covid 19 my red blood cell count is marginally high (5.69 vs range of 4.5-5.5) which may explain why I feel like I am not getting enough oxygen. Other blood tests look fine but asthma and allergy meds are not helping. Ideas welcome.
