No: Vaginal cancer is usually caused by certain strains of the hpv virus. While a woman's risk of vaginal is increased by multiple sexual partners and having a history of abnormal pap smears, it is still very rare. Cancer cells are malignant, but are not capable of grafting from one individual to another via sex.

Vaginal cancer: Cancer is not sexually transmitted, but the hpv virus that can cause it can be transmitted sexually.
