Infertility doc: If you've been married 14 years, i'm guessing you're in your mid to upper 30s. By that point, sperm count may be dwindling a bit, or testosterone levels are dipping. The issue may not even be with you. Start with your doc to discuss reasons, and an infertility doc (urologist usually) can help if there are other considerations.
