Yes: Basal cell carcinoma or bcc is the most common form of skin cancer. It is strongly related to sun exposure and therefore mostly occurs in sun-exposed area. Typically in people over at least 30 years of age as it takes years of sun exposure to develop and is slow-growing. Fortunately it is very treatable with various minor surgical procedures. See a dermatologist and/or plastic surgeon for advice.
