Get help now!: See an md now for help. They can find a great team to help you. Go to the er or an urgent care near you. If this doesn't work call a psychiatrist and tell the receptionist your concerns and I am sure they will see you that same day. We will be thinking of you!

Keep asking for help: Thoughts about death are normal to the extent that they may help address our fears about dying. If that is all you can think about, find a psychotherapist to help sort out why your thoughts are turning toward death. If you are thinking thoughts about suicide, you need to call a support line that can help you more immediately:1-800-273-8255.
