Celexa (citalopram): Yes, Celexa and other ssri's are known to interfere with sexual functioning in a percentage of people taking these medications. This may include delaying orgasm. Please talk with your physician about this; sometimes adding wellbutrin (bupropion) will help. There are other alternatives also.
