See an OB/GYN: This is not normal and you should be seen by an ob/gyn who will do a history and physical exam in an effort to diagnose and correct this problem. This cannot be diagnosed on the internet.

See an OB/GYN: The symptoms may be due to different problems. If the discomfort is cyclic, it is a different etiology from the discharge. Discharge can be physiologic, depends on what time of the cycle. If it is smelly, probably has a bacterial causation. Infomration is limited, the best is to see an ob/gyn and have a proper examination with a more detailed history.
