See below...: You have an additive asymmetric medium joint oligoarthritis. Could represent a variety of illnesses. Sometimes this goes away on its own in about two weeks. If not, requires evaluation.

Need a work-up: Swelling within joints is typically is caused by inflammation. This can significantly hamper movement and cause pain. With your multiple symptoms and joints affected, you may want to talk to your primary care physician and/or see a rheumatologist about an arthritis work-up. 20 year olds are not supposed to have those kinds of symptoms without some reason. Go see your doc!
