Tensiontype headache: Typhoid as well as malaria do cause headaches but are often accompanied by fever, weakness and fatigue (chills). Frequent headaches can occur due to several reasons. Sleep disorders, medication overuse (nsaids, caffeine, triptans) and stress are some of the common causes.
