How effective is taking phentermine 37.5 mg pills for weight loss?

Not very effective: Even though it is prescribed and taken by some, it is not that effective.It is supposed to suppress appetite and initially it does and one may loose 1to2 lbs in first month and the effect wears of and long term results are not very convincing and side effects and potential for addiction and tolerance in my view does not support its long term use serious weight loss is by proper diet and exercise.
