will triamcinolone help with facial discoloration?

Minimally: Steroids can help on a short term basis to reduce redness, but long term will probably make things worse. Steroids help a tiny bit with brownness, but not a whole lot. In general, triamcinolone would not be a good treatment for facial discoloration.
