Dr. John Paas answered

Yes, after you bleed: If you have a prescription for oral contraceptive pills, you may restart a new cycle of pills after taking the plan b. However, you should anticipate withdrawal bleeding (ie, a period) within about a week from taking the plan b, and you should wait for this to occur prior to restarting the pill. Once you begin to bleed, you may start the same day, or wait to do a sunday start, whichever you prefer.

Good idea: Regularly taking oral contraceptive is more effective then use of emergency contraceptives.
