Plan B: Plan B One-Step replaced Plan B. I suspect that not too many pharmacies have left over stock of Plan B. Plan B One-Step has 1.5 1.5 milligrams of levonorgestrel. Each Plan B pill has 0.75 milligrams of levonorgestrel. Thus, by taking one of the original Plan B pills - you are reducing effectiveness.
