Wear socks or shoes: No reason to drop yoga! get your wart treated by podiatry to avoid further spread not to yoga-mates but to other parts of you and your foot. Because yoga requires good balance and stances, i would not recommend flip flops to class but rather vibram five fingers or other "barefoot" shoe (several brands available).

Keep active!: See your podiatrist for wart treatment, but in the meantime if you're concerned, wear a bandaid over the wart, but stay active! there's no reason to stop yoga because of a wart!
