Inflammation: Avoid sugar and sweets if you can. They decrease your immune system. Avoid artificial sweeteners. Take omega-3 (fish oil or flaxseed oil). Resveratrol and proanthocyanidins found in grapeseed oil, berries and pomegranate may decrease inflammation.
