Too late to be exact: At 22 weeks it's too late for ultrasound scans to be very accurate - even in the first few weeks of pregnancy they can be a few days off either way. By 22 weeks even knowing your last period is not easy unless you record your periods every month. Your OB will give an 'estimated' due date, but can't say exactly when you conceived. If it's a paternity question dna paternity testing will be needed.
