Yes: The present configuration of lap & shoulder belt is quite safe in pregnancy.You need to be sure to keep back from the air bags which can be an issue if you sit forward.Keep the seat as far back as comfortable & try to stay back from the steering wheel.The lap shoulder set up was designed in the late 50's after a car exec's wife almost lost her baby to a single belt system.
