So they can : Possibly be fixed depending on the cause for which there are many. I.E if you have varicose veins....Support hose would be a treatment, if hypertension is cause, then medication may be the answer etc etc.

Maybe: The key is to figure out the cause then develope a treatment plan. The usual culprit is high blood pressure or venous valve failure.
