What can be done for loose skin after dieting?

Surgery: Although many "gadgets" claim to shrink skin, none are very effective. The problem is the destruction of the fibrin or stretchy part of the skin. Until someone figures out how to restore the fibrin with stem cells (and we're not even close) the only solution is the plastic surgery tuck procedures, abdomen, arms, buttocks, breast lift and thighs are the most common.

Two options: Either wait until your skin shrinks naturally, just after having a baby; or your skin has been stretched too much and you have stretch marks. In that case the skin will not shrink and needs to be removed surgically.
