Consult neuro + gyn: Severe dysmenorrhea can be quite debilitating; painful menstrual cramps can be associated with a variety of mood changes , gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea...)cardiovascular symptoms (dizziness, fainting spells...) but very rarely neurological symptoms or convulsions. It would be wise to consult a neurologist and a Gyn experienced in caring for women with severe dysmenorrhea
