I have a bump or nodule on outside of my left foot and very painful to walk on. i have rhumetoid arthritis. injection any good for this?

Need exam: You need to find out if the bump is a rheumatoid nodule or a ganglion type cyst if it is a cyst, it can be aspirated if it is a rheumatoid nodue, you do not want to aspirate it as it will not help you might then need to remove it if symptomatic.

Can be.: Depends on the cause of the "bump", if it is a bone protruding or a true rheumatoid nodule. An injection can take the swelling down in some cases. You will need to see a podiatrist and have x-rays taken and further evaluation done.
