decrease in thyroid gland size and increase in thyroid nodule size?

Concern: Thyroid gland do not change in size that much. Majority of thyroid nodules are benign, increase in size is a concern , should have fna biopsy (cytology ) to make sure there is no malignancy in it.

Not sure: Not sure what you are asking. Thyroid nodules are part of the thyroid gland. Do you mean relatively speaking?
