Yes if well healed: If your fracture is healed in good alignment, then it should not affect your ability to have a vaginal delivery. If there is malalignment causing the pelvis to be narrowed inferiorly then it could possibly be a problem which would necessitate a C-section delivery.

Pelvic fx: Most likely yes. Speak to your OB-GYN about your concerns. They can image your pelvis (pre-pregnancy) and see if there issues. Most likely not.
