Im 3 months pregnant and im spotting am i losing the baby?

Threatened AB: A threatened miscarriage at 3 months is possible and unfortunately, there is very little one can do. See your OB so an ultrasound can confirm a viable fetus, an exam may be done to see where the bleeding is coming from (sometimes it's from the cervix, not the pregnancy). An ultrasound will ensure a normal cervix and screen for an incompetent cervix which may require surgery (cerclage). Good luck.
