Pleurisy: This pain could be pleurisy or muscular. Many times of the pain worsens when you take a deep breath this means you have pleurisy which is an inflammation of the lining of the lungs. If your pain is worsening or doesn't improve with antiinflammatoroes you should seek medical attention.
