Shouldn't have to: Recommendations are to wait if receiving the Pneumovax vaccine. It should be safe to receive with the flu shot.

No: Generally, it is a good idea to separate two different live-virus vaccines, such as the varicella and the mmr. Influenza vaccine is a killed virus vaccine. You would not need to separate them.
