Hernia: Hernia extending into the scrotum near the testucke is not an early stage hernia. A large hernia extending into the scrotum should be surgically repaired. There is no other treatment other than surgery.

Follow the advice : For hernia only option is surgery, binders , use of truss will not help , surgery will prevent the complications and low risk out patient procedure most of the time, follow your doctor's advice.
